Lodz University of Technology
Institute of Automatic Control was established in 1973 at the Lodz University of Technology based on the foundation of the control theory and applications in electric drives. The portfolio of realized projects includes many theoretical researches and several co-operations with industrial partners from: sugar factories, cement plants, textile and chemical industries, transportation systems and robotics. Institute provides expertize on identification, modeling, nonlinear and adaptive control, optimization and robust control. Several specialized laboratories offer education, research and prototyping services in Matlab modeling, distributed control, PLC programming, vision systems, industrial communication networks, mobile robotics, cobots applications and HRI.
