Dalian Jafeng Electronics

Dalian Jafeng Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001 and is a provider of equipment for the back-end chip manufacturing industry. JAF is a member of the LSI Union, and is undertaking the national key scientific-research project, epoxy die bonding and wire bonding machine. In the 12th Five-Year Plan JAF is going to set up a provincial R&D centre, build a professional team in technique, mechanics, circuit control and software.
