Institut für Mikroelektronik- und Mechatronik-Systeme

IMMS was founded in 1995 and as a research institute has since been supporting industrial partners in projects involving mechatronics, microelectronics, and systems engineering. The primary goal of the institute consists in transferring results from fundamental application-oriented research to marketable products. Project domains relevant to the ETG include industrial control applications, embedded engineering, communications, and data processing technologies.
