System and Circuit Technology

The research group “System and Circuit Technology” was founded in February 1995 with the appointment of Professor Ulrich Rückert to the Heinz Nixdorf Institute, University of Paderborn. Common research goal of the group is the systematic design and appropriate use of innovative microelectronic systems. Particular attention is paid to evaluating the resource efficiency of on-chip multiprocessor architectures for the application as network processors.
