EtherCAT – Interface To The Universe
|
Abstract |
Large radio
telescopes want to be moved accurate in
all three directions. Therefore all
involved drives have to communicate in
shortest time and more important to be
synchronized with each other. Fast
Real-Time communication is required and
has been solved with EtherCAT, a
protocol built for such high-performance
and drive applications. |
