EtherCAT @ PXL-Tech
|
Abstract |
Automation has
grown from a standalone concept to an
open connection where knowledge and IT
is as important as the automation task.
At the PXL University College it’s clear
to see how EtherCAT has found its way
within Electromechanics, Electronics and
IT. The open standard of EtherCAT has
made it possible to develop all sorts of
applications. In this presentation we
show different success stories of
applications based on EtherCAT, such as
Automation tasks, XFC, EtherCAT Core and
Piggy Back examples. These applications
are used by or have been built by
students. |
