Safety over EtherCAT Plug Fest

We invite and encourage all vendors of EtherCAT devices supporting Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE) MainInstance or FSoE SubInstance functionality and code or tool vendors with FSoE support to participate in the 2nd Safety over EtherCAT Plug Fest taking place December 12+13, 2023, in Kempten, Germany, at facilities hosted by ETG member company CODESYS GmbH. Thanks to CODESYS there are no participation costs (travel and lodging to be arranged by individual). This developer event provides a platform for FSoE device suppliers to come together. It is the second EtherCAT PlugFest that is focused on MainInstance and SubInstance* devices only. In a heterogeneous environment the devices can be tested with other devices to improve interoperability. Experts of the technology will support with their know-how on site, and can clarify questions regarding the FSoE technology in particular. *The term FSoE MainInstance (abbreviated FSoE MInstance) replaces ‘FSoE Master’ and FSoE SubordinateInstance (abbreviated FSoE SubInstance) replaces ‘FSoE Slave’. |
