The Industrial Equipment Division supplies new concept sensor solutions that measure and verify the status of equipment essential for factory automation, unmanned operation, and real-time control for the 4th Industrial Revolution in various industries such as semiconductors, national defense, and shipbuilding. The Materials and Applications Division is developing a mass production solution for boron nitride nanotubes (BNNT), which is expected to be a next-generation multifunctional material, using an innovative manufacturing method using RF Plasma technology.
