The product portfolio of Rheinmetall Waffe Munition GmbH (RWM) includes weapons systems and ammunition for infantry, direct and indirect fire, as well as pyrotechnics and protection systems. Its chief products include vehicle-mounted weapons, aircraft cannons, naval guns and ammunition, ammunition for anti-aircraft systems, hard- and softkill active protection systems for vehicles, ships and aircraft, vehicle-armour, non-lethal agents, flash and stun grenades and other pyrotechnics. In addition, the product range is rounded out by a wide array of services, like training courses for operating and maintenance as well as life cycle services. At Unterluess (northern Germany) Rheinmetall operates the largest and best-equipped private-sector proving ground in Europe.
