Procada aims to transform the manufacturing industry by enabling a wider use of large-scale metal 3D printing. Based on extensive experience from the aerospace industry, the team has developed a fully automated laser-wire deposition system with a unique closed-loop controller. The new quality-assured deposition process enables several high-value applications, in which parts can be manufactured or repaired additively, with up to 50% less cost, 10x shorter lead time, and 80% less material waste.
