Since its establishment in 2000, AMESS has grown in semiconductor manufacturing equipment and EMS business with customer satisfaction as its top priority. EMS Department is responsible for the development and production of control systems such as PCs and various PCB and Control Rack installed on all types of Chip Mounters produced by HPM (Hanwha Precision Machine). SYSTEM Department develops and applies laser markers and solder ball inspection devices with Loader, Buffer, Unloader, and develops and produces equipment such as Flip Chip Bonder and Seam Sealer with ultrasonic technology. C&S Department is conducting a business related to Motion controllers and semiconductor logistics devices. It develops and produces device-net communication control, industrial network control technology and products.
