High power applications is the core business of RS Elektroniksysteme GmbH located close to the lake Chiemsee in Bavaria. Power converters for the 230V/400V grid from 200W to 630kW are designed for different applications: softstarter (often used for elevators), thyristor controller up to 2500A, power brake, frequency converter, industrial process and control. Industry, automation, medical applications, railway engineering, e-mobility and marine electronics are supported as well as renewable energy with power conversion systems for wind, solar energy (photovoltaic), hydroelectric, geothermal and biomass.
