Dankook University Power Electronics Lab. (DUPEL) focuses on the development of power conversion system designs and control algorithms aimed at achieving high reliability and efficiency in power conversion devices. Its research topics include motor drive control for electric vehicles (EVs) and railway, such as sensorless control, WFSM control, and dual inverter. Furthermore, DUPEL is actively engaged in the development of control algorithms for grid-connected inverters, such as solid-state transformers, modular multilevel converters, and Vienna rectifiers.
