Alberts is active in Food Robotics & AI and has developed the world's first Smoothie & Soup Robot, providing a personalized, healthy & fresh smoothie or soup requiring only 10 square feet. Only pure Individually Quickly Frozen food (IQF) is the solution towards offering a zero food waste solution. The brain of the Alberts stations is a Real-time IPC controlling the logic and automating the blend-making process in real-time, in an industrial grade, yet highly scalable and affordable way. A custom modular IO interface with EtherCAT communication foresees the direct actuation and sensor data collection. The Alberts edge-to-cloud connector pre-processes the machine data and provides synchronisation to the cloud. Full remote control & real-time and detailed diagnostics are available per machine (down to sensor/component level).
