The Global Institute of Software Technology is a full-time ordinary institution of higher education approved by the People's Government of Jiangsu Province and registered with the Ministry of Education, established in March 2007. The institute includes seven schools, such as the School of Information & Software. The School of Information & Software consists of the Department of Software and Computer Application Technology and the Department of Network and Information Security Technology. The majors offered include Software Technology, Big Data Technology, Computer Application Technology, Applied Artificial Intelligence Technology, Information Security Technology Application, Computer Network Technology, Digital Media Technology, and Industrial Internet Technology.
