Established in May 2003, Solid Co., Ltd. started with MFC, Valve, and Filter businesses and has grown into a company specializing in semiconductor processes, chillers, and index systems. Currently, it specializes in producing and supplying chillers and MFCs for semiconductor and LED processes.
