FononTech provides equipment and printheads for creation of 3D electrical interconnects for electronics, display and advanced packaging. Any ink can be printed in any size on any topology at high speed. Because patterns are transferred in a non-contact matter and carry a momentum, the functional (conductive) ink automatically conforms to the most complex 3D surfaces. For example, this enables printing over steps, gaps and wrapping around substrates.
