TMC8670 is an EtherCAT slave controller servo IC for industrial automation, embedded servo control and other automated equipment applications.

It is suitable for 3-phase BLDC and 2-phase stepper motors and uses field oriented control (FOC) for torque, velocity, and position control. TMC8670 is equipped with a SPI-ADC Interface, and multiple position sensor interfaces. It is designed for an operating voltage of 1.2V and 3.3V.
