Oliver Fels graduated from Furtwangen University at Schwenningen as a Medical Engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) and has been employed by Beckhoff Automation since 2007.
He works full time for the EtherCAT Technology Group (ETG) at ETG Headquarters in Germany in the area of Technology Marketing and as a member of the ETG Marketing Committee. Serving as a speaker for ETG at the EtherCAT seminar series worldwide.

Graduated in 2006 in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, he is initially involved in optical telecommunications. After a 5-year experience for the technical department of Beckhoff Italy, he has been involved in support and training at EtherCAT Technology Group in Nuremberg since August 2013.
