CI SYSTEMS (ISRAEL)

CI Systems has been a worldwide supplier of a wide range of electro-optical test measurement and monitoring equipment for nearly four decades. The company has two divisions: EOTE division and SEMI division. EOTE division: supplier of a variety of IR radiation systems and collimators for electro-optical test, measurement, and simulation systems from VIS to IR. Products are used for testing and bore-sighting of IR imagers, cameras, Multi-Sensor Imagers and Lasers. SEMI division: Semiconductor manufacturing process monitoring systems for the semiconductor and FPD markets. Two main lines: A) non-contact wafer temperature monitors and B) wet process concentration monitors. Systems are sold to OEMs and to end users.
