This product, Kyros, is a brushless DC servo driver capable of high-speed control at 40kHz (25μsec) for use in small devices such as collaborative robots and drones.
The AMD Xilinx Zynq700 series is installed as the main IC, and by realizing the encoder input and PWN output on the FPGA, we have established a high-speed current control loop. A speed control loop and a position control loop is realized as the upper layer of current loop. CiA402 motion profile corresponded.
Using KSJ EtherCAT master board, it is possible to realize a high-speed motion system of 100 μsec or less cyclic. In addition, to be used as an industrial device, the circuit power supply and motor power supply are insulated, and noise immunity is improved by connecting multiple layers of boards with earth bars (CE mark certification compliant). A heat sink is provided on the bottom of the board and can be fixed to the user's housing.
We also provide an auto-tuning tool based on frequency response, which could identify control parameters that take the load into consideration.
