AZ Series Single-Axis Driver

EtherCAT compatible stepper driver can be connected. This driver corresponds to the EtherCAT communication drive profile CiA402. A motor based on a stepper motor that performs a unique hybrid control combining the benefits of open loop control and closed loop control. The motor is equipped with a battery-less multi-rotation absolute encoder. Various merits include operation without a battery, return-to-home or external sensors. Temperature and travel amount can be monitored in addition to basic information such as motor position, speed and load. This information can be used for monitoring status and predictive maintenance of machines.

  • DC mode (SYNC0 event synchronization) : 0.25ms,0.5ms,1ms,2ms,3ms,4ms,5ms,6ms,7ms,8ms
  • SM2 event synchronization mode : 1ms or more
  • Free Run mode : 1ms or more

  • Profile velocity mode (PV)
  • Homing mode (HM)
  • Cyclic synchronous position mode (CSP)
  • Cyclic synchronous velocity mode (CSV)

  • Single-phase 100-120VAC -15~+6% (50/60Hz) : 2.7 to 6.4A
  • Single-phase 200-240VAC -15~+6% (50/60Hz) : 1.6 to 3.9A
  • Three-phase 200-240VAC -15~+6% (50/60Hz) : 1.0 to 2.3A
  • Control power supply : 24VDC±5%, 0.25A (0.5A for motor with electromagnetic brake.)
  • Operating ambient temperature : 0 to +55℃ (+32 to +131℉) (non-freezing)

DC power input driver

  • Main power supply : 24VDC/48VDC±5%, 0.4 to 3.3A
  • Control power supply : 24VDC±5%, 0.15A (0.4A for motor with electromagnetic brake.)
  • Operating ambient temperature : 0 to +50℃ (+32 to +122℉) (non-freezing)
