Avid Controls

Founded in 2005, Avid Controls, Inc. (“AVID”) early history was primarily dedicated to repairing the industry standard power converter systems used in the energy, marine and renewable power markets. Avid was able to build a reputation for high quality, highly reliable products. Leveraging on its reputation for reliability, in 2016 AVID launched its own power inverter, and subsequently licensed GE’s entire low voltage inverter product line in 2017. AVID is one of the leading manufacturers of power inverters for the global energy markets. Specifically, focusing on the upgrade and replacement of power inverters in existing and new systems within these markets.
