Shenyang Piotech

Shenyang Piotech Co., Ltd., a high-tech firm, was founded on 28 April 2010 by a company affiliated to Chinese Academy of Sciences and some overseas technical experts. It undertakes the major projects in the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Piotech is dedicated to the research and production of the world’s advanced film equipment specially used in extra-large scaled integrated circuit industry and determines to become a leading solver of the manufacturing technology of nano-scale film. With the purpose of becoming an international film manufacturing enterprise, Piotech wishes to establish a sincere, friendly and win-win industrial cooperation alliance with industry partners, to contribute to the development of the semi-conductor industry in China and the world.
