Pureron Japan

Pureron Japan is a company that manufactures and sells gas filters and pressure sensors used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment and semiconductor manufacturing plants. In 1985, it became the first company in the world to sell products that use ceramics as elements for gas filters for semiconductor manufacturing lines, and in 1986, it began selling small, high-precision pressure sensors for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Based in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan, the company has three factories and one research center, and develops, manufactures, and sells not only semiconductors but also products for the medical and environmental fields. The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art cutting machines and equipment for ultra-clean polishing, cleaning, welding, assembly, and inspection, and has a clean room with a total floor area of 1,500 m2 of high cleanliness.
